After getting a new refrigerator delivered and them unable to install it because of my copper pipe, Kyle was at my house and done with the install in under 2 hours (including his transit to my house). I had an issue with my 49yr old gas furnace yesterday. They responded immediately and gave the last rites to an appliance far past its life expectancy.
