I just had the best experience with 128 plumbing and specifically, Kyle. After getting a new refrigerator delivered and them unable to install it because of my copper pipe, Kyle was at my house and done with the install in under 2 hours (including his transit to my house). He did an amazing job on such short notice, and also recommended a few other things I should consider getting serviced that I hadn’t thought about. I had an issue with my 49yr old gas furnace yesterday. They responded immediately and gave the last rites to an appliance far past its life expectancy. Today they showed up at 7am and got to work installing a brand new system. The professional technicians were nice, engaging and informative. They explained everything along the want and clearly took pride in the quality and precision of their work. I simply can't be more impressed.
