Luis was very professional and personable. He thoroughly explained why my heat pump needed the ultra clean and showed me the before and after results. I’m new to this plumbing company this year and so far I’m very pleased. I would recommend them to my friends without any hesitation.

I just had the best experience with 128 plumbing and specifically, Kyle. After getting a new refrigerator delivered and them unable to install it because of my copper pipe, Kyle was at my house and done with the install in under 2 hours (including his transit to my house). He did an amazing job on such short notice, and also recommended a few other things I should consider getting serviced that I hadn’t thought about. I already recommended to the other owners in my building to reach out if they ever need anything.

The entire process from estimate/recommendations, assistance with rebates to installation of our new heating system was superb. Our plumbers Paul and Dave went above and beyond. So happy we chose to go with 128.

I am completely blown away by the 128 PHCE service! I had an issue with my 49yr old gas furnace yesterday. They responded immediately and gave the last rites to an appliance far past its life expectancy. Today they showed up at 7am and got to work installing a brand new system. The professional technicians were nice, engaging and informative. They explained everything along the want and clearly took pride in the quality and precision of their work. I simply can't be more impressed. Highly recommend 128!

Jose provided extraordinary service as do all the 128 associates. He arrived on-time, he meticulously provided the maintenance service on both furnaces, and he explained what he had done in language I could understand. Jose and the rest of 128 have always met and exceeded my expectations!
