If you’re a shopaholic, foodie, or someone who loves exercise, MarketStreet is your place to go. MarketStreet is a massive shopping center and a landmark of fun for those in Lynnfield. There are name-brand stores, exuberant eateries, a painting hangout, and a yoga studio.

During the year, the shopping center has fun and exciting events that roll through. Some of their upcoming events include a 5k, an outdoor Sweat fitness day, and a bonding event for mothers and their kids.

Lynn Woods

Lynnfield separated from the town of Lynn in 1782, but the two towns remain very close in proximity. That means Lynn Woods, a giant nature park, is just a short drive away.

Lynn Woods has 2,200 acres and, on their property, several walking or hiking trails, biking paths, picnic areas, and more. It’s the perfect landmark to get into nature and see the serenity you can’t get in the city.

Also on the property is the Lynn Woods Stone Tower. The tower was built in 1936 for fire observation in the park and as a shelter for crews. You can walk up the iron staircase in the tower today to see the gorgeous Boston outline and water that’s also on the property.

Salem

Thirty minutes away is the town of Salem, notorious for the Witch Trials that took place in 1692-193. Salem has a lot of significant landmarks to visit, such as museums, The House Of The Seven Gables, night haunted walking tours, and more.

It’s the perfect place to visit when the leaves start to change and Halloween approaches to get in the spooky spirit. Plus, it’s only half an hour away!

Boston

If we’re being honest, there’s no better location for landmarks than the city of Boston. It seems like there’s a landmark to check out on every street corner in Boston like the Freedom Trail, several museums, Faneuil Hall, Fenway Park, and more.

The Boston Harbor has the Tea Party ship and museum to check out as well as famous eateries, bakeries, shops, and coffeehouses. Take in all the sights while getting enveloped with the rich culture.
